Magic Lofts are project managing and constructing this loft conversion in Aberdare, South Wales. This is what is commonly known as a "Velux" loft Conversion; work includes: Independent floor structure (Steel girders and new joists), strengthening of roof, fitting Keylite roof windows, builing stud walls, fitting a build regs approved loft staircase, certified electrics, plumbing for radiator, plastering and 2nd fix carpentry including doors and skirting.

The new loft will incorporate a double bedroom or a home office(to be decided).

Pre Construction, Magic Lofts' surveyor did the structural plans and we successfully applied for full planning permission from the local council. Building Control notified of the project and will inspect the job throughout and after construction. Construction start: Nov 2017.
