Magic Lofts Ltd project designed, project managed and constructed this Aberaman loft conversion on a fairly new build property. A hip to gable conversion was needed to gain suitable loft space. We added an extra bedroom to the property with this conversion making it now a 4 bedroom property and increasing it's value. A gable end was formed and the external skin built up in matching brickwork. 3 Velux windows to provide natural light to the bedroom and stairwell.
